Graham Pell serves as Managing Director of K.B. Industries UK Ltd., appointed in 2014 by Kevin Bagnall—founder of KB Industries in both the United States and the United Kingdom, and inventor of the company’s proprietary Flexi®-Pave technology. Mr. Pell leads the UK division’s strategic operations, commercial growth, and regulatory alignment, contributing to the company’s broader mission of delivering sustainable infrastructure solutions across global markets.
Since joining KBI in 2009 as Sales Director, Mr. Pell has played a pivotal role in expanding the adoption of Flexi®-Pave throughout the UK, with applications spanning public infrastructure, environmental restoration, and sustainable urban design. His leadership has been central to KBI UK’s delivery of high-impact installations for local authorities, transport corridors, and nature-based solutions—reinforcing the company’s commitment to circular economy principles and long-term stakeholder value.
Mr. Pell continues to guide KBI UK’s growth in close coordination with its U.S. counterpart, focusing on performance and innovation while ensuring operational integrity, cross-border collaboration, and strategic alignment with Atlantic Power & Infrastructure Corp.’s governance and investor priorities.
